Kim Jacobs has been a recognizable force in the fitness industry for more than 25 years. She is passionate about fitness and believes we all deserve to be the best version of ourselves we can be. Kim holds certifications through ACE as a Personal Trainer and AFAA as a Group Exercise Instructor. Kims' training style combines resistance and flexibility training with cardio-the perfect combination for producing long, lean, sculpted muscles. Kim is also an AASDN certified Nutrition Manager and offers a program designed to help combat obesity through nutritional counseling, menu planning, stress reduction and fitness. Upon the realization that this technology was not only non-invasive, but offered permanent results when combined with a healthy lifestyle, it was too perfect a match for her not to incorporate it into her fitness regiment; for herself & her clients.
